CYD group chats

We are looking for teen voices! Last year, when we completed the Resilience through Strengths Survey, we knew we had more questions about what the youth in our community needed. The Youth Empowerment Workgroup decided to create a new survey to collect more data. We hope to share this data with community partners to make our neighborhoods more teen-centric with their ideas. All summer long, we are having giveaways for youth aged 13-19 who fill out this new survey.

This link takes you to a survey so you can tell us how you feel about the community. One winner will be chosen each week by random draw. one person per prize per week. You only need to fill out the survey once to be entered to win. You must be 13-19 years old to win.

This initiative is sponsored by Council for Youth Development Bartholomew County, in cooperation with the Bartholomew County Public Library, Heritage Fund Bartholomew County, Healthy Communities, and individuals on the CYD Youth Empowerment Workgroup. If you have questions about this group of people, please email Sara Dunlap, Director of CYD at saradunlap@cydbartholomew.org.

All demographic information is optional and not required to win a weekly prize. In order to win and claim a prize, a form of contact is required. This can be a phone number, email, parent/guardian phone number, parent/guardian email, or other form of communication. This information is kept confidential and just needed to notify the winner.
