SHINE ON Postcards

Free SHINE ON postcards to celebrate United Nations International Youth Day on August 12th

Join Us August 7-12th

In 1999, the United Nations General Assembly declared August 12th as International Youth Day.

In 2017 the Council for Youth Development and our partner, Communities That Care, joined together to share our appreciation for Bartholomew County children, teens, and young adults.

Our first CYD Shine On Campaign was a success with over 7,700 free postcards distributed to Bartholomew County youth.

We are beginning to plan for 2018, stay connected with our efforts.

Every youth deserves to be supported. Join us and take the time to encourage our youth to shine on!
